The last real estate update I did was in June so I wanted to update you all with this great SELLERS market we currently have. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Last week I listed three homes in the $119,900-$129,900 price range. All three are under contract! Two with multiple offers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Allegany County<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Active Homes- 201&nbsp;<\/strong>(This is down from my June update)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pending- 148&nbsp;<\/strong>(This is up from my June update)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SOLD in the Past 30 Days- <\/strong>62&nbsp;(This is up from my June update)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Average Sale Price- $119,353&nbsp;<\/strong>(This is down from my June update)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Average DOM- 77&nbsp;<\/strong>(This is down from my June update)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Mineral County<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Active Homes- 60&nbsp;<\/strong>(This is down from my June update)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pending-45&nbsp;<\/strong>(This is up from my June update)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SOLD in the Past 30 Days- 22&nbsp;<\/strong>(This is DOUBLED from my June update)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Average Sale Price- $157,441&nbsp;<\/strong>(This is slightly down from my June update)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Average DOM- 57<\/strong> (This is up from my June update)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Click <a href=\"https:\/\/allylitten.com\/index.php\/2020\/06\/03\/june-2020-real-estate-update\/\">here<\/a> to see June&#8217;s Real Estate Update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Takeaway? The active inventory in both counties is DECREASING. The amount of pending and sold homes are continuing to INCREASE. This is a very strong market! We need inventory desperately!
