Wow- it feels great to have 2020 behind us. Let&#8217;s hope 2021 will be a better year for us all! However, this could be due to the rising rates of COVID-19 in our area and the lack of suitable housing we currently have. This is still a good time to sell as there are pre-qualified buyers out there trying to take advantage of the low interest rates.
