August Real Estate Update
Phew! It has been a busy summer for us REALTORS here in Allegany and Mineral Counties! The last real estate update I did was in June so I wanted to update you all with this great SELLERS market we currently have.
Last week I listed three homes in the $119,900-$129,900 price range. All three are under contract! Two with multiple offers.
Allegany County
Active Homes- 201 (This is down from my June update)
Pending- 148 (This is up from my June update)
SOLD in the Past 30 Days- 62 (This is up from my June update)
Average Sale Price- $119,353 (This is down from my June update)
Average DOM- 77 (This is down from my June update)
Mineral County
Active Homes- 60 (This is down from my June update)
Pending-45 (This is up from my June update)
SOLD in the Past 30 Days- 22 (This is DOUBLED from my June update)
Average Sale Price- $157,441 (This is slightly down from my June update)
Average DOM- 57 (This is up from my June update)

Takeaway? The active inventory in both counties is DECREASING. The amount of pending and sold homes are continuing to INCREASE. This is a very strong market! We need inventory desperately! Curious to know more? Tune into WCBC tomorrow morning around 9am to hear my thoughts!
