Takeaway? We are seeing longer days on the market and things seem to be slowing down. However, this could be due to the rising rates of COVID-19 in our area and the lack of suitable housing we currently have. This is still a good time to sell as there are pre-qualified buyers out there trying to take advantage of the low interest rates. It just might take a bit longer to find a buyer compared to the booming market we had this summer.
