Takeaway? WE NEED INVENTORY!!!! The residential market is still HOT in Allegany and Mineral Counties. With an all time low inventory that continues to drop, homes that have set for months (or even years!) are finally starting to move. This is a great time to sell but a hard time to buy as most homes are going in multiple offers.

Are you a seller interested in taking advantage of the current sellers market? There is a reason I sold 49 properties in 2020!! Call me and we can discuss how to get your home SOLD in record timing!

Are you a buyer looking to set your offer apart to lock down your dream home? Call me and we can discuss some things you can do to make your offer unique!
